The short excerpt below is from our Sunday School Lesson this past Sunday and wanted to share with you. Bible Studies for Life (Living By Faith: Women Who Trusted God / Living a Godly Life in an Ungodly World)
God calls each of us and He gives every believer the ability to influence others for His Work. God calls us in three ways:
1. The call to Salvation: God calls us to follow Christ into a personal relationship with Him. He calls us through the work of the Holy Spirit. It is a call for all people.
2. The call to serve and minister to each other: As Christ-followers, we are called to walk in humility, gentleness, patience and bearing each other’s burdens with Love.
3. The call to a specific ministry assignment: This call doesn’t just apply to those in full-time ministry; it also applies to those who serve as volunteers. The point is that we are to use the gifts God has given us to serve.

Bayside 101 after worship service Lunch Provided!
We invite you to attend Bayside 101. In this class we will share Purpose of the Church, Statement of Faith, Elders – Yoke Fellows List, Financial Report of the Church, Missions supported, and Ministry Opportunities.

Vacation Bible School
This year the young couples will be leading VBS. It will be a one day VBS “One Nation Under God”
2 Chronicles 7:14 The purpose is to disciple our children of the One Who Created Everything and the Purpose of Honoring God through Worship, Humility, Service to Our Lord and Country!
We will have First Responders, Army Men and Woman, we hope to have an Operation Christmas Child Representative, Field Trip to Olivia Community Cemetery to place flags on all Veterans graves and will end with a Fireworks display for all! We ask everyone to show up and Praise God by Honoring our Country with a Red, White and Blue from Sea to Shining Sea!
Fireworks: The Fireworks Display is approximately 30 minutes and will begin at dusk, please bring lawn chairs and invite your friends and relatives!
NOTE: We encourage all children and adults to bring an extra set of clothes as we have a Bayside Friend that donated a Super Water Slide that is gonna be sweet! Oh by the way, we will have Fire Fighters and Fire Engines on site as well and just maybe some Military Jeeps and Army Vehicles!
