Sunday October 14, 2018

Sunday School

Begins at 9:45 am.  Come join us for a time of bible study and fellowship.

Mini-Work Day

On Saturday, October 20, we are organizing a work day.  The focus of this day will be to prepare the church and arena for Harvest Fest.  Workers who can operate weed-eaters,  spray for mosquitos, clean the volleyball court, and prepare the grounds and buildings to receive the community are needed.  Please contact Pastor Ruben if you would like to volunteer for this work day.

Golden Oldies

The Golden Oldies will meet here on Thursday, October 25th for an Operation Christmas Child Packing Party and lunch fellowship.  If you have not had an opportunity to prepare a shoe box, please feel free to purchase items to be pack and we will pack the boxes for you.  Please see Shelley if you would like to donate towards this project.

This year will be our 5th annual Harvest Fest Community Outreach.  Each year we welcome the community families to a time of food, fun and fellowship.  On Sunday October 28th, festivities will begin at 6:00 pm.  We will have free nachos, hot dogs and frito pie for everyone who attends.  The arena will be transformed into a fun safe place for the children to ‘Trunk or Treat’ from car to car.  There will be a cake walk on the basketball court and game stations on the corners of the fences.  Please sign up today to sponsor a trunk.  There is a sign up sheet located on the information table in the Sanctuary. Over 130 visitors attended last year.  We pray that the Lord allows us the opportunity to minister again this year and that He moves 24 servants to provide trunks.

With God’s Love!

Pastor Ruben
